I have been the editor and lead features writer for three issues of the Vodafone Digital Parenting magazine (November 2010, September 2012 and July 2013). Digital Parenting has been distributed to more than 600,000 parents across the UK and also formed the blueprint for a magazine by Vodafone Hutchison Australia. I also wrote the copy for the Vodafone Digital Parenting app and I am the editor of the Vodafone Digital Parenting website.

Zendesk, creator of the leading cloud-based customer service software solution, commissioned me to write a number of European customer stories about companies such as Fiverr, JustGiving and L'Oreal.

Founded in 2008 by European Schoolnet and a consortium of technology companies, including Facebook, Google, Microsoft and Vodafone, Teachtoday offers education professionals advice about their own use - and their students' use - of digital technologies. I wrote the website copy for Teachtoday and I edit it on an ongoing basis, as well as managing Teachtoday's Facebook and Twitter profiles.

At AOL, I was responsible for all communications activity related to public policy issues, such as internet safety and security. I developed a series of materials to support our initiatives in this area, including an advice booklet for consumers, papers for MPs and other policymakers, and conference speeches.
